Kitchen Layout and Photos

This is the floor plan for the kitchen.   The doorway to the left leads to an outside door and the mudroom.  The snack counter on the right is open into the great room and views of Lake Seminole. 

The recently remodeled kitchen in this home for sale is a delight.  All the base cabinets have pullouts, even under the sink.  Both corners are lazy susans, the cabinet to the right of the range has two large pot drawers, there is a tray cabinet to the right of the refrigerator, a wine rack over the snack bar and E-Z Reach corner cabinets at the wall corners.

The Merillat cabinet doors are washed oak. Wall 42" high wall cabinets are wonderful and allow for lots of storage.  The center island is topped with granite.   In this view you can see the Gallery refrigerator and gas range, Broan Rangemaster stove hood (with warming lamps and shelf), the granite top island and a little glimpse of the garden window on the right .  That's an extra deep double bowl stainless sink with a Moen "high rise" faucet.

The cabinets on this wall are all 12" deep.  They make a great pantry wall.  Doorway at the right is the one to the mudroom and outside door leading to parking and the separate garage.
